This journal is to monitor my day-to-day existence and as a record of ongoing interests such as books I'm currently reading and any ideas that come to me about anything and everything. Most of my journal is private, but I do share a few things. My journal, my therapy so to speak.
I appreciate science, scientific thinking and facts. I also realize the power of faith. While my feet are planted firmly on the ground, my head does indeed dwell in the clouds from time to time. There is bliss in total focus and concentration. There is also bliss in mindful dreaming and contemplation. 'Why not' and 'What if' are good questions. Not to the extent of worry, but in the interest of direction.
